This is the 3rd race in the 3 race season for Pack 650. All scouts are welcomed to race at this event. Registration is required to attend, $15 youth, $10 adults, Lunch included:

Check in starts at 9am - 9:45am
Three Race Brackets: Please be at the pavilion with your car at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the race.
- Morning Bracket #1: 10am
- "Best in Show" will be judged at 11:45 and announced at lunch. If you want your car to compete, please have it at the pavilion then.
- Lunch is included and will be served at noon.
- District Champs: 12:30pm
- Afternoon Bracket #2: 1:30pm
- Grand Finale Showdown Race: 3pm
If you win any of the three brackets, we will have a Grand Finale Showdown Race at 3pm!
Climbing, shooting, and fishing is available from 10-12, and from 1:30 - 5.
You can show up for the day, or camp: Friday night, Saturday night, or both!
Spring Adventures Campout @ BCSR: a Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (Book 3) experience
Dress up as your favorite Harry Potter character (yes, adults can dress up too!), craft wands, brew up a magical dutch over meal for the cook off, travel to Hogwarts, fight the wizard that shall not be named, compete in the house cup by decorating your campsite, and tons of fishing, climbing, shooting sports.
DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS APRIL 15th. NO ADDITIONAL REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THAT DATE!
- Early Bird pricing $25 youth, $15 adult by 3/25.
- Regular pricing $30 youth, $20 adult by 4/15.
When registering select "No Thanks" for the Pre-order food option since the Pack will make our own meals for $15 per person.
Leaders, scouts, and parents will meet and build rockets for launch the following week.
We will be per-ordering some standard rockets from the Rincon Ace Hardware. The scouts can use this meeting to build and design their rocket as leaders supervise and explain the STEM principles around how and why a rocket flies.
Leaders, scouts, and parents will meet and launch scout made rockets made during the previous meeting.
This is the final Pack meeting of the scouting year and all dens in the Pack and family members will gather and recognize scouts for their achievements and adventures. Leaders and Scouts will receive awards, patches, and Adventure Loops, that they have been working on for the last few weeks. The scouts will CROSSOVER to their new dens. BE PREPARED for snacks, wild skits, and silly SONGS (songs? we LOVE songs!!). Pack meetings are the perfect time to invite a family member (Grandma, Grandpa, Aunt, Uncle, etc.) to join in the recognition celebration. The theme for this Pack meeting is TBD.
Jurassic Creek Cub Camp @ BCSR
Get ready to go back Black Creek Scout Reservation this summer! Make plans to bring your Cub Scouts and enjoy some quality time. Activities will include swimming, canoeing, climbing wall, archery, slingshot, bbs, conservation, field games, and more! Registration is required to attend.
Registration costs includes seven meals, all activities, and event patch. T-shirts available for pre-sale online only in the registration tool. If your scout has money in their fundraising scout account (red Scouting app / Scout Name / Payment Logs / see: Total Balance) and you wish to use it please coordinate with Cubmaster TJ.
- Legacy Cost (attended Cub Summer Camp 2025) is $95 youth, $80 adult by 3/4/26 (pass code required, check your email)
- Early Bird Cost is $125 youth, $100 adult by 4/2/26.
- Regular Cost is $150 youth, $125 adult by 5/15/26.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL YOUTH AND ADULTS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING BSA HEALTH AND MEDICAL FORM PARTS A AND B. If you have turned yours in for the year please check with Cubmaster TJ, we usually turn in all medical forms in as a unit. NO ONE IS PERMITTED TO STAY AT CAMP IF THIS IS NOT TURNED IN AT CHECK IN.
Registration is open to registered Cub Scouts only, sorry, no siblings.
Anytime during May through August participate in a total of three Cub Scout activities and earn the Summertime Fun adventure for you new den! Ensure you notify your cubmaster of all the qualifying events.
Parents and Leaders are welcome to attend this PALM event. In this meeting it will be mostly adults planning out the next 12 months (2026-2027) of scouting activities, events, review budgets, campouts, hikes, and positions for the Packs following scouting year. If a scout attends, please provide something for them to do as there will not be any youth program for this event.
We welcome all Scouts and Scouters, past and present, to join us for a day of fellowship! This year's theme is "Scouting through the 1970's".
Bring your families and scouting alumni friends out to this free event and enjoy aquatics, climbing, and shooting sports. Lunch will be served at 12pm and program is from 11-4. Registration is required for this free event to ensure accurate food head count. For information and registration.

Workday at the Scout Cabin cleaning up the property and building projects to enhance our scouting experience for the Pack and Troop. Lunch will be provided for. So, bring your tool belt, work gloves, and water bottles and help us get ready for the new scouting year.
